All copays, deductibles, amounts due for out-of-network services, and private pay charges are due in full at the time of service. Please remember that you, not the insurance company, are ultimately responsible for paying the agreed-upon fees. If you have questions about your coverage (i.e., copays, deductibles, or what is covered by insurance), please contact your insurance company’s member services department. Verification of benefits does not guarantee payment, and the client is responsible for the full cost of sessions. to this item.
For clients not using insurance, the fee for the initial session is $50.00, and follow-up sessions are $40.00.
If you are using insurance, your benefits may cover some or all of the therapy costs. Please verify your benefits directly with your insurance company. We can assist you in using your insurance when you select our services. Keep in mind that a mental health diagnosis is required to file a claim. For details on copays, deductibles, and coverage, contact your insurance company’s member services.
We do not offer psychiatric services directly, but we can refer clients to specialists if needed. While medication alone may not solve all issues, it can help alleviate symptoms and improve focus on mental health. Our goal is to identify the root causes of your concerns and teach strategies to achieve your personal and relational goals. Medication can be effective and may be necessary alongside therapy.
